Due to the limited number of weddings we accept each season, popular dates often book well ahead of time.
To officially reserve your date, we require:
A signed agreement
A 30% retainer
Once completed, your wedding date is exclusively secured for you and your bridal party.
Yes. Bridal preview appointments are highly recommended and typically scheduled 3–4 months prior to the wedding day. This appointment allows us to refine your bridal look, review details, and ensure everything feels fully aligned before your wedding day.

Absolutely. Our team provides on-location services throughout South Florida and select destination locations.
Travel fees vary based on location and the number of artists required.
Yes.
Friday–Sunday weddings require a minimum of $700 in services
Peak season Saturdays require a minimum of $1,000 in services
This allows us to properly staff and reserve your date.
Service timing varies depending on the size of your bridal party and the services selected.
Approximately 60 days prior to your wedding, we create a customized beauty timeline to ensure your morning flows seamlessly and stays on schedule.
Yes. VINA & Co. specializes in both intimate and large bridal parties.
With a team of experienced artists, we are able to accommodate larger groups while maintaining consistency, professionalism, and an elevated experience.
Yes. Requests for specific artists are welcomed based on availability.
Artist pairing is thoughtfully determined using your bridal questionnaire, desired aesthetic, and overall service needs.
We use a curated selection of professional luxury and long-wear products chosen for performance, longevity, and photography.
Our goal is to create a flawless finish that looks beautiful both in person and on camera throughout the day.
Yes we offer a purchase or rental program. If you are interested in extension recommendations or rentals, we are happy to guide you during the planning process. Clients are welcome to provide their own clip-in extensions for styling as well.
Yes. On-site touch-up services are available for brides who would like additional support throughout portraits, ceremony, or reception.
Touch-up services can be added to any bridal package.
