Consultation & Custom Proposal
Once you receive our pricing you can request a full customized quote to fit your needs.
For brides who prefer a more tailored approach, we offer a one-on-one consultation via Zoom with our lead artists and founder Veronica Fiallos.
She will dive in and review your vision, answer questions, and curate a custom service plan.
You’ll then receive a contract aligned with your needs.
STEP 03
Secure Your Date
To officially reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and retainer are required. Both must be submitted to reserve your date with our Beauty team.
Once secured, your date is exclusively held for you and your bridal party.
STEP 04
Bridal Questionnaire, Preview
& Artist Pairing
You’ll complete a detailed bridal questionnaire outlining your preferences, timeline, and overall vision.
We also recommend scheduling your bridal preview appointment 3–4 months prior to your wedding day, allowing us to refine and perfect your look in advance.
This process allows us to thoughtfully assign your lead artist and ensure your entire beauty team is fully aligned—so everything feels cohesive and effortless on the day of your wedding.
STEP 05
Final Details & Wedding Day Execution
Approximately 60 days prior to your wedding, we create a customized beauty timeline tailored to your schedule and services.
This ensures your morning is structured, efficient, and fully coordinated—so everything flows seamlessly.
On your wedding day, our team arrives fully prepared, on time, and aligned.
We manage the flow, maintain a calm environment, and deliver polished, long-lasting results—so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

Today, Veronica leads a trained team of hairstylist & makeup artists in Palm Beach County known for polished execution and calm, organized wedding mornings for high-end brides across South Florida & destination weddings.
